Shipping & Handling
We ship our products worldwide. Usually we prepare and ship your item(s) within 24-48 hours after your order has been processed. Shipping rates are based on your location in the world and the shipping methods chosen during checkout. Depending on the shipping method chosen, you may have a tracking number to check the progress of your shipment. If you have made a recent order and are curious where your products are or if they have been shipped, feel free to contact us.
Returns & Refunds
All digital or downloadable products are not eligible for refund due to the nature of the product. Clothing and other physical merchandise are eligible for return and/or refund. Upon receiving the returned item, we will refund your purchase price minus the shipping cost. We do not pay for return shipping.
Before you return your item, please contact us via our contact form and briefly describe the reason for the return and include your purchase order number and your full name associated with the account you purchased the item from. You can also include a note with the returned item with the purchase order number and your name for a refund. Refunds are processed usually within 5-7 days after receiving the returned item, and the refund amount will be returned to the card used for the original purchase.
